Account Assistant
Job description:
The primary job of the Account Assistant is to provide exceptional account service to current Funk/Levis accounts while collaborating with account managers and contributing to new business development. This dynamic role combines project management, creative marketing support and client relationship building in a collaborative agency environment.
Key responsibilities in account service include project management, assisting on client marketing work, social media management (including ideation, content design, basic video editing and caption creation), digital advertising, collaborating with the design team on creative client work, copywriting, budgeting and billing.
Everyone in the agency contributes to growth: crafting proposals, supporting pitches and brainstorming new business presentations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing projects for active clients and ensuring that deadlines are met and clients are delighted
- Developing project plans and timelines to keep work on schedule
- Tracking project progress and communicating updates across teams and with clients
- Supporting client marketing initiatives, including social media management, digital advertising and campaign development
- Creating engaging digital assets for client and Funk/Levis social media channels, including graphics and light video editing
- Developing and producing client social media calendars
- Assisting with creative projects in collaboration with the design team
- Participating in agency-wide efforts such as crafting proposals, supporting pitches and brainstorming new business presentations
- Writing blog posts on timely and relevant marketing topics
- Bringing fresh ideas to help clients and the Funk/Levis team achieve their marketing goals

- Experience with Basecamp or other project management tools is a plus
Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, advertising, public relations or business.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations or advertising, with 1-2 years of professional or internship experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $38,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year
